Penny has enjoyed a successful career in Real Estate, and has been a top producer, since first earning her Real Estate license in 1984 and her Broker’s license in 1988 in Westchester County, NY. She has been a member of "Multi-Million Dollar Club" since 1985. Although educated in the field of teaching she taught for only three years. After marrying and having four children, she stayed home for 21 years to raise them. In the early 1980s, a close friend who owned two Real Estate Agencies encouraged her to obtain her license and come work with her. That was in Pleasantville, NY, Penny’s home town.
At about this same time, she and her husband Peter built their vacation home in Wellfleet on Cape Cod. They had been vacationing here with their children every summer for years and loved all it had to offer. In 1992 they moved to Wellfleet permanently. Penny returned to her real estate career, obtaining her Massachusetts license in 1992 and continues to find pleasure in putting buyers and sellers together almost as much as she enjoys her grandchildren.
